Yes, that is the automation audit. We identify which human checks (data validation, reconciliation, monitoring) can be automated and build them, so errors are caught at the source instead of by a person every morning.
Both are options. The audit gives you a roadmap your own developers can execute, and we can also do the fixes and build the automated test suite if you would rather we handle it.
